What we can offer

We have a small team of associate coaches. All are qualified and have experience of health and social care services and the wider systems. All are used to supporting and challenging staff, up to and including executive and non-executive level.

Our associate coaches are carefully selected to ensure they can provide the very best support to people. We only want to offer people the very best and are happy to work with individuals or small groups on behalf of organisations. Either way it is an entirely confidential arrangement. We don't feedback to employers.

We generally offer a package that offers, an initial coaching session to consider what someone wants to achieve, to understand their context including their strengths and areas for development, then a goal setting and objectives session, with three follow up sessions and a final review session. A bespoke package with additional sessions or ongoing coaching support can be included, if wished.
