New Leadership book coming soon.
Our next book is due for publication on 8 November 2021 and is co-written by Toby Salt and a previous editor of Schools Week, Laura McInerney. Whilst aimed predominantly at the education market, with many of examples of leadership coming from education settings, Toby has been far more than a teacher and has led very large and complex organisations, including the UKs largest exam board. He understands leading and more importantly, as this book attests, understands the challenges and complexities of balancing both professional and personal lives. It would be a good read for most leaders, in whatever field.
