Our chair
The Centre for Reflective Practice Education is chaired by Professor Toby Salt, who is a successful and highly respected expert in education leadership.
He has been the Chief Executive Officer of the UK's largest exam board and of a multi-academy trust with responsibility for the education of over 30,000 children. He has been an advisor to several governments and made keynote speeches across the world, including the Middle East, South America, the USA, Scandinavia and mainland Europe.
He has also been a Director of the Department for Education Innovation Unit, served on the board of UCAS and currently sits on a number of Boards including the British Exploring Society.

The Centre for Reflective Practice Education is the affiliated centre for all certified courses offered under the Towards Outstanding umbrella.
Currently offering three programmes of study and bespoke training packages, the Centre is looking to add to the courses it offers in the near future.
