An experienced senior executive in both public and private sector, with a focus on improvement, change and innovation.
Offering keynotes, board advisory work, strategic challenge and influencing with significant subject matter and leadership expertise, both nationally and internationally.
Our consultants and trainers
Our people are all experts in their respective fields. All those who work with us have significant experience as leaders in health, social care, education and many have experience of regulation. We expect them to have a current enhanced level DBS check, current safeguarding training and to be up-to -date in their professional knowledge. Our consultants working in health or social care are expected to have current professional registration.

When we work with providers we ensure the team we bring has the necessary depth of skill and knowledge of the service type to truly understand the quality of care being offered. We have experts in end of life care, surgical practice, tissue viability, personalised care, frailty governance and risk management, who join together to review care homes, for example.
